Stay Hydrated
Often times we have our chai lattes, coffee and other drinks...forgetting to drink water is so easy. One of the most parts of staying healthy is keeping hydrated with water. So drink it often and always. It will keep you looking healthy and will help in your weight loss. So remember everyday to drink half your body weight!
